Our triple shredded hardwood bark mulch is made from 100% tree bark, and not ground up wood. Also, because it's not made of pallets it contains nutrition for your plants and as it decomposes it greatly improves the soil in your yard. 

 

The triple shred process begins with logs from hardwood trees, that at the saw mill are put through a debarking machine before being cut into lumber.  That bark is then shredded three times, hence the name triple shred.

This is our most popular type of mulch; it provides beautiful curb appeal as well as nutritious organic matter for the landscape.  It often fades into a lighter color as it ages and decomposes.
